He has extensive experience in handling civil and commercial proceedings, particularly in civil liability and insurance matters, representing the interests of individuals or legal entities who have suffered damages in any field, as well as companies defending themselves against third-party liability claims.

He is a member of several industry associations and committees specializing in tort liability (IBA, APIL) and has several publications on the subject.

For several years he has been acting as an expert witness in Spanish law before foreign courts, his task being to explain to foreign judges the Spanish law of liability and damages and its application to litigation abroad with a Spanish element.
