Acquisition and sale of companies, mergers and corporate restructurings (mainly in execution of a previous tax planning), preparation of contracts and daily advice to companies in collaboration with the legal and financial departments of the different clients. He is secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies (in the sectors of corrugated cardboard, graphic arts, new technologies, real estate, publishing, mining, etc.). He has participated in IPOs and other processes to obtain liquidity for different investments.

In the tax area, he has experience in advising companies, groups and family estates. He participates on a daily basis in tax verification and inspection procedures, with qualified experience in administrative and judicial procedures of a tax nature.
